For having “Jane” hero, you need to do “Plague zones” DAILY. It will both give you completing the plague zone rewards, and after the day reset a mail sent to you a crate of plague zone. You can look up the details for it but do know that if you do level 26 or higher plague zone, it will give you a gold plague zone crate which contains “Maddie fragment” inside. (it can give you 1-2-5 fragment-s at once you open it)
-For completing a plague zone, using travis will help you save %20 stamina for each attack, including rallies that you would have to make and explorings while you were zeroing the health of zone boss-mini bosses
-To see which "İnfected Tiles" are compulsory to be killed to complete that plague zone, simply click to the mini boss-boss and click "explore" button, to see "blowing-blimbing" spots, those are "right next to tiles" to those boss-mini bosses. Cross sections not counted as compulsory but optional*
*This may be compulsory for something else, i will explain afterwards
-You will have 3 type of rewards in "plague zone"s. Those are shortly could be explained as such below;
1-Killing-Cleaning a plague zone will give you "Cleaning Rewards". Those rewards as you can see "Neutralization Rewards" and could be checked from inside of that plague zone you have been doing. A few jane fragments, some hero gear parts are wonderful rewards for this kind of unlimited count of replayable event. (Yet it will consume your stamina)
2-Daily Reward Crate: As you see the "Maddie Fragments", they are a reward of "Your daily max. neutralization point". This point will not stack up. The highest plague zone with highest crate will be sent to your mailbox at game reset (00.00 UTC). (You gotta do plague zones daily, it means.)
3-Weekly rewards: Weekly rewards is a total "highest plague zone" had been done with "Each members of an alliance". If our alliance be "rank 1" we will get 20 jane frags and useful some more rewards at "00.00UTC on Sunday"

**-To increase alliance points, you have to either "Join" a maximum plague zone that you can do, or "Launch"one. Both of those counted as "your highest" if you achieve "Required points" while killing in-zone npc's**
"5300" points is per “team” and everyone need to have more then “0” points, so will get daily rewards, neutralization rewards and alliance highest weekly points, besides this min. point requirement changes, depending what level and size of plague zone you do
-OVERALL TIP-
Because of Miho level 50 > maddie level 70, it is only waste of stamina, doing a plague zone now. You should max. do 1 plague zone, only if it would be a team work, and consume as low stamina as possible, because maddie is no longer a good hero
