Travis is one of the "most necessary" epic (purple) hero so far. The reason of "why it is so valuable" is kinda simple:

%20 faster march to "infected kill tasks/rallies" (even while you sending march to rally leaders settlement!)
%20 discount on stamina "Exploring challenges" / "exploring plague zone bosses/mini bosses etc.
+has additional "troop damage buffs" to "infecteds" as you send it with your troops
In the Travis event, (Called Hunting the Hunter but we simply call it travis event) you will be able to "has a drop chance of hunting cabin books" and "hunting rucksack. The drop chance is calculated by me with killing over 200 infecteds during a travis event before and it is like below:

1-)Incomplete hunting cabinet/book: This is the item that allows you to "gather travis fragments" by "making a rally to infected hunter" as you click to "use button". This incomplete books are buffed with a previous update, and it will give you 3-2 pcs of "travis fragments" and some rss(each kind of every rss), a chance to epic hero badge and 18-21x 1 minute speedups
2-)complete hunting cabinet: this will let you find a "Elite Infected Hunter" as you click use button, and the rewards of this cabinet is higher amount rss, 3-5 pcs 5 minutes speedups, 2-1 pcs epic hero badge-s, and "4-5" pcs of travis fragments
3-)hunting rucksack: You can think this item as a "gift crate" and this make you "kill infecteds while travis event, even you make your travis level 80". Because, from this crate you will have a chance to get "speedups" "biocaps" "hero experience books". I also already made an "calculation of crate rewards chance", with opening 646 pcs of hunting rucksack and chances are shown down below (i made it rolled into 100 pcs, so you will see what you gonna have much more clear, by relating those numbers into how many rucksacks you have)
from 100 hunting crate, statically it will give;
98,14 x 10 biocaps
31,88 x 10 stamina bags
300,15 x 5 minute speedup
1960 x 100 hero experience books
19 x 100 biocaps
you can roll multiply or divide those numbers, it will give you the closest quantity of your rewards
-what you must do during the event?
1-do not do any kind of rallies during Travis event, if you do any rally; it will be your loss of any kind of rewards; because none of the rallies gives "hunting rucksack-hunting cabinets"
2-First, do your daily intels, it will still has a chance to Travis event rewards drop chance
3-do not do "elite infected hunter-infected hunter" rallies, during event. Your items will be kept in your inventory, no time limit on the items that you get from this event
** please kindly "collect" your stamina bags for Travis event; also your "chief experience tags" (because when you make your chief reached new level, it will replenish your stamina fully and thus you will be able to attack even more infecteds)

İnfected friend crate: 1 pts
İnfected hunter crate: 2 pts
Elite Hunter crate: 5pts
And each of those 3 consume same stamina with better crate/crate points
There is also a chance to get travis frag from collecting hunter crates
